This is where you can find all legal agreements such as TOS and DPA in your account settings – including history, versioning, and signature details.

Where to find the agreements

In the Account Settings under the Legal tab, you’ll find an overview of all agreements made between you and us.

There are two types of documents:

• TOS (Terms of Service)
• DPA (Data Processing Agreement, Data Privacy section)

Details about the agreements

In the list, you’ll see the following for each document:

• Document type (TOS or DPA)
• Signer (name and role)
• Timestamp of signing
• Version number (publication date)

This allows you to always trace who confirmed which version and when.

Note

The version number of a document corresponds to its publication date. This way, you can see at a glance whether a new version is available.

Confirming a new version

If there’s a new version of a document, you can confirm it directly through the interface.

Tip

To ensure you always have access to the latest features, we recommend staying up to date with the latest agreements.

Confirming the DPA

When confirming the DPA, you must provide the following information:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Role (e.g. owner, authorized officer, representative)
• Represented company

Confirming the TOS

For the TOS, it’s sufficient to click the corresponding checkbox. This indicates acceptance of the latest version.
