Employee Profile

Central overview of an employee with access to personnel file, onboarding, and team membership.

You can open your own employee profile at any time. If you want to view another employee’s profile, you can do so via the Employee List – provided you have the necessary permissions at the team or account level.

The profile consists of several sections. Here are the key ones:

The personnel file is the core section. Here you’ll find all relevant information about the employee.

If the employee is in the onboarding process, this section appears automatically. It includes:

  • a short welcome message
  • initial assigned tasks

Here you can see which teams the employee belongs to and what role they have there. If you have the necessary permissions, you can directly:

  • add or remove teams
  • change roles

In your own profile, you’ll also find personal settings that are not visible in other profiles:

  • Change profile picture
  • Display options
  • Change login credentials (email, password)
